So you may not have done any point-of-care ultrasound, and that’s fine. What I’ll point out to you is that the anterior chamber of this heart is very enlarged – that’s the right ventricle. And when this happens in a young, otherwise healthy person, it’s pretty much pathognomic for a massive pulmonary embolism. And that was our working diagnosis.
